Terms for Travel & Transport Support
These terms explain how Hanu Travels handles taxi bookings, outstation trips, airport transfers, IT staff transportation, government/PSU support, EV fleet requirements and business transport quotations.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Booking Acceptance
By requesting or confirming a booking with Hanu Travels, the customer agrees to these terms. A booking is considered confirmed only after vehicle availability, trip details and fare or quotation are acknowledged by Hanu Travels.
2. Services Covered
Our services include local taxi, outstation cab, airport transfer, family travel packages, IT and corporate staff transportation, government/PSU client support, airport operations transport and EV fleet support where suitable vehicles are available.
3. Fare & Quotation
Fare may vary based on route, vehicle type, pickup time, one-way or round-trip usage, toll, parking, permit, hill station charges, driver bata, waiting time and vehicle availability. Business and monthly contracts are quoted after reviewing route, duty hours and service frequency.
4. Minimum Kilometres
One-way and round-trip bookings may have minimum kilometre rules depending on route and vehicle category. The final billable distance will be confirmed during quotation or before trip completion where possible.
5. Extra Charges
Toll, parking, state permit, entry fee, hill station fee, waiting charge, night duty, driver allowance and route diversion charges are extra unless clearly included in the quote. Customers should confirm special stops or route changes before travel.
6. Customer Details
The customer must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time, passenger count, luggage, route and contact details. Wrong or incomplete details may affect vehicle assignment, fare estimate, pickup timing or service availability.
7. Payment
Payment terms may differ for one-time taxi bookings, package trips and monthly business contracts. Accepted payment modes and billing timelines should be confirmed during booking. Corporate billing will follow agreed quotation and documentation terms.
8. Cancellation & Changes
Customers should inform Hanu Travels as early as possible for cancellation, route change or timing change. Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellation, vehicle dispatch, driver reporting, permits arranged or ongoing trips.
9. Airport Pickup
Airport pickup timing depends on flight status, terminal access, parking availability and driver coordination. Extra waiting or parking charges may apply after the agreed free waiting time. Customers should keep the driver or office informed of delays.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. Damage, unsafe behavior, illegal items, overloading, excess luggage beyond safe vehicle capacity or abusive conduct may lead to refusal of service and recovery of applicable costs.
11. Luggage & Lost Items
Customers are responsible for checking and handling personal belongings. Hanu Travels will try to assist with lost-item enquiries, but passengers should verify luggage and valuables before leaving the vehicle.
12. Delays & Service Limits
Hanu Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but delays may happen due to traffic, weather, road restrictions, vehicle breakdown, permit checks or other conditions outside our control.
